We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@submole.com and we will process it for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Cancelling stops future payments; the 30 day guarantee above covers refunds for payments already made.
The 7 day free trial requires no card, so there is nothing to refund. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and your account moves to the free plan.
